Okay, I see the problem now. Basically what happened is that AO3 merged the two tags, so when I accepted them, it locked them in. I can't edit a nomination after it's been accepted, so there's unfortunately no way to fix it. It's a known bug in the nomination form that pops up from time to time - even though you submitted it as Steve/Bucky/Peggy, and I accepted it as Steve/Bucky/Peggy, for whatever reason the archive decided to change it to Bucky/Peggy (maybe AO3 is a Iron Man fan?) and lock you out of your nomination form.
So I'll go ahead and change your crossover pairings so they're in the right category, don't worry about that. From here we've got a couple options - you can email me what additional ships/fandoms you want for the nomination slots you have left, and I can add them in manually, or if you prefer to have control over a nomination panel to edit at your leisure, then shoot me an email and we can work something out.
