2019 and beyond!

hetswapHi there! This is a new mod speaking. Since real life has gotten in the way for our former mod, I've agreed to take over hetswap for the time being. Since we've obviously missed the normal time period for this exchange, I wanted to ask for opinions from anybody interested in participating about a schedule for 2019.
Would you prefer:
Early summer: nominations/sign ups in June, assignments due in early August,
Late summer: nominations/sign ups in July, assignments due in early September, or
Fall: nominations/sign ups in September, assignments due in early November
We can also wait until 2020, if there isn't enough interest, and run the exchange again during the normal time. I'm open to whatever works for the majority.
