SIGN UP FORM

You need at least 4 requests. You are allowed up to 10, if you so choose. Fandoms must be unique - this means that you cannot request the same fandom twice.

You will match on: one fandom, one relationship, and one medium (fic, art, podfic, or fanvid). Please do not request ships in your optional details/author letter that were not nominated in the tagset (or included in your request).

DNWs must be listed in your sign up form (in the field "Optional Details") to be enforceable by the mod. 

You need at least 4 offers, but you may offer up to 10 fandoms. These must also be unique. 

"Any" is available as an option for both offers and requests (for your relationship choice, as well as the medium choice). If you choose "any," that means that your recipient/writer may be matching with you based on any relationship listed in the tagset. Same goes with medium - if you request "any," be sure you're okay with any of the mediums: fic, fanart, fanvids, and podfic. Use this option wisely! 

Requests will be visible once we hit 5 sign ups. (Or a few more than that, depending on when your mod wakes up tomorrow morning!) A "Dear Author Letter" post will also go up shortly, for those of you who want to write one. (This is also optional.)

This might be too late to note, but according to this post (https://hetswap.dreamwidth.org/8976.html) requests only needed at least three unique fandoms last year. So, for this year, do we need at least four fandoms to request?

Yes, I'm a new mod running it this year. I upped it to four to hopefully make everyone more matchable, and thus cut down on pinch hits.

We appear to have a couple cases of lost pairings: "Crowe Altius/Ignis Scientia" and "Aerith Gainsborough/Red XIII" are showing up under Kingdom Hearts. I suspect Ignis/Crowe is from Final Fantasy XV (I don't know Crowe, but I recognize Ignis). Aerith appears in a minor role in a few of the Kingdom Hearts games, but Red XIII never does; they are both major characters in Final Fantasy VII. Thanks!

I'm not seeing either of those pairings in Kingdom Hearts in the tagset. Are they showing up in the sign up form?
