2019 and beyond!

Hi there! This is a new mod speaking. Since real life has gotten in the way for our former mod, I've agreed to take over hetswap for the time being. Since we've obviously missed the normal time period for this exchange, I wanted to ask for opinions from anybody interested in participating about a schedule for 2019.

Would you prefer:

Early summer: nominations/sign ups in June, assignments due in early August,
Late summer: nominations/sign ups in July, assignments due in early September, or
Fall: nominations/sign ups in September, assignments due in early November

We can also wait until 2020, if there isn't enough interest, and run the exchange again during the normal time. I'm open to whatever works for the majority.

I'm a big fan of Early Summer or late summer. I think we should avoid trying to do Fall as that causes some conflict with NaNoWriMo and the seasonal exchanges.

I'm good with either of the summer options. If pushed, I'd probably prefer early to late, but I can most likely do either.

I can't do summer at all, so I do hope that whenever you run it for 2019, that we revert to something reasonably close to the original schedule for 2020!

I prefer early summer. Late summer would also be fine. I think fall would run the risk of conflict with NaNo and the start of Yuletide, which might drive down participation.

Yay! I vote for early or late summer. My preference is for early summer, since I don't think an August deadline would conflict with anything.
