Treats for Pinch Hitters
Things are looking good for the collection reveal to be on schedule; if we do have to delay, it should only be about a day or two. I will keep everyone updated.

Well folks, your mod got called in to work super early tomorrow, so I won't be staying up until the original deadline at 11:59pm. (I am getting Old and cannot function on five hours of sleep anymore, to my dismay.) I'll leave sign ups open for the night, and close them tomorrow morning at 6am-ish (still MST). Here's an updated countdown.
Your sign up forms will be editable up until then. Remember your DNWs must be in your sign up to be enforceable. Please also take a look through the requests summary to make sure there's at least one person you can write for! You need at least 4 requests. You are allowed up to 10, if you so choose. Fandoms must be unique - this means that you cannot request the same fandom twice.
You will match on: one fandom, one relationship, and one medium (fic, art, podfic, or fanvid). Please do not request ships in your optional details/author letter that were not nominated in the tagset (or included in your request).
DNWs must be listed in your sign up form (in the field "Optional Details") to be enforceable by the mod.
You need at least 4 offers, but you may offer up to 10 fandoms. These must also be unique.

LOGAN/MARIE D'ANCANTO: Is there a reason why you nominated her given name, rather than "Logan/Rogue"? I will combine this into one "Logan/Marie "Rogue" D'Ancanto" tag unless there's a reason why you chose that format (are you referring to a different timeline version of her or something? I haven't watched an X-Men movie since 2012, you're gonna have to help me out here.)
DIANA (WONDER WOMAN)/STEVE ROGERS - Which version of Steve Rogers do you intend to nominate? Movies, comics? I will default to MCU unless I hear from the nominator before the tagset closes.
Shuri/Victor Stone, Kara Danvers/Lex Luthor Jr. (Crossover Fandom) - Please specify specific fandoms for these characters, as there are multiple versions of each.

You can comment here or get in touch privately at hetswapex@gmail.com. Anon comments are on. Also be aware that I've been disambiguating fandoms, so if your relationship tag was rejected, it's probably because it's already in the tagset.
TAG WRANGLING
- X-Men Movies - would you prefer both timelines merged into one fandom under "X-Men Movies," or two separate fandoms for "X-Men Original Timeline" and "X-Men Alternate Timeline"? I will go with the majority opinion.
- Marvel Netflix - Agents of SHIELD and Agent Carter will be separate fandoms. For the Marvel Netflix shows, however (Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Daredevil, and Defenders), would you prefer separate fandoms, or one catch-all fandom for the Netflix shows? And if you want one merged fandom, would you prefer a group title like "Netflix Marvel," or under The Defenders (TV)? Again, I'll go with the majority opinion.
PERSONA SERIES - the tag "Kujikawa Rise/Persona 5 Protagonist" seems to be a crossover pairing between Persona 4 and 5.
DC'S ARROWVERSE - If your nominated ships are rejected automatically, let me know. The fandom's already in the tagset, but I mistakenly rejected a duplicate fandom tag so if your pairings show up as rejected right away, it's a bug, not a mod rejection. I can add any ships you want in manually. Please include your nomination page link with your comment.
THE HOBBIT - ALL MEDIA TYPES - being an "All Media Types" tag, this would include both books and movies. Be advised that your recipient and/or writer might only be familiar with one! Are you sure this is how you want the tag formatted?

Hi and welcome to the 2019 round of Het Swap! Due to some real life work stuff that's come up, I'll have limited free time over the weekend, so I'm opening nominations a few days early. Nominations will still close at 11:59pm MST on June 10th.
You are allowed 8 fandoms, with 10 relationships in each. Here are the nomination guidelines:

- For the purposes of this exchange, het relationships are defined as a relationship between a partner who is male or genderqueer/non-binary, and a partner who is female/genderqueer non-binary. Both cannot be genderqueer non-binary. So for example: Ace is canonically male, Bee is canonically female, and Cam and Dex are both genderqueer/non-binary. The only pairing that would not be allowed in that situation would be Cam/Dex.
- NEW 2019: Poly ships are now allowed. Relationship must be romantic sexual - the "/" cannot be combined with "&" (i.e., you can nominate Ace/Bee/Cam but not Ace/Bee & Cam.)
- The het requirement in poly ships still applies - as long as there is at least one "angle" of the ship that qualifies under the definition listed above, it will be allowed.
- Genderswap is not allowed unless you are nominating an aspect of canon where the character has always been another gender (such as the Earth-3490 verse in Marvel, where Tony Stark has always been canonically female.)
- Pairings nominated with the "&" sign will not be allowed.
- Crossover relationships are allowed; please nominate under Crossover Fandom and include the fandom each character is from.
- Original Work relationships are allowed; please nominate under Original Work and include the genders of each character.
- Original characters are allowed in relationships with canon characters. Please include gender, i.e. Poe Dameron/Female Original Character, or James Kirk/Genderqueer Original Character, etc.
- Self-insert "reader" characters and RPF is also allowed. All nominated "characters" in RPF ships must be over 18 and famous in their own right.
